ARIS1. Acceptance and service scope
Aris is operated by Alsen Digital Ltd., registered in the United Kingdom. By downloading, creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Financial disclaimer
Aris is provided only for recording, tracking, visualisation and analysis. Charts, market data, projections, alerts and AI-generated content are not investment advice. Seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.
Market and financial data may depend on third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, Alsen Digital Ltd. is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions based on that information.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account access and reporting unauthorised use. Open Banking connections are initiated only at your request. Aris does not see or store your online banking password.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; attempt to bypass security, access another user's data, run automation that disrupts the service, reverse engineer protected components, or transmit harmful content.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, period and trial details are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may renew until cancelled in your store settings. Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the relevant store terms.
6. Availability and third parties
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, data sources and integrations may change or be withdrawn. Services from Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Open Banking and market-data providers are subject to their own terms.
7. Account termination
You may close your account using the in-app deletion option or the web deletion channel. We may restrict or terminate access for security, fraud, legal requirements or serious breach of these terms.
8. Governing law and contact
